Invoices and Receipts

How to access, download, and share your TrussNote billing invoices and receipts.

Updated April 7, 2026

All billing invoices and receipts are available from the Billing page at any time. They are generated automatically after each successful charge.

Accessing your invoices

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Scroll to the Billing history section
  3. Click Download next to any invoice to save it as a PDF

Invoices include your organization name, billing address, plan name, period, amount, and payment confirmation.

Setting your billing details

If you need your organization name, address, or tax ID to appear on invoices:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Edit billing details
  3. Enter your legal entity name, billing address, and tax ID (VAT/EIN)
  4. Click Save

These details will appear on all future invoices. To update past invoices, contact support@trussnote.com.

Invoice delivery

Invoices are automatically emailed to the billing admin of your organization after each charge. The billing admin is the person who set up the subscription or the most recently assigned billing contact.

To change the invoice email recipient:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Edit billing contact
  3. Enter the new email address

Adding a PO number

If your organization requires a purchase order number on invoices:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Edit billing details
  3. Enter your PO number in the designated field

The PO number will appear on all future invoices. Update it each fiscal year as needed.

Tax and VAT

TrussNote collects sales tax where required by law based on your billing address. The tax amount is itemized on your invoice.

If your organization is tax-exempt, contact support@trussnote.com with your exemption certificate and we will apply it to your account.

EU customers may provide a VAT ID to have it applied to invoices. Enter it in the billing details section.

Enterprise and invoice billing

Enterprise customers can request net-30 invoice billing instead of automatic credit card charges. Contact support@trussnote.com to set this up. We accept bank transfer and check.
