What is a credit?
Credits are consumed when you run a tool. Permit Review and City Comments use 3 credits each. All other tools use 2 credits each, except RFI Tracker which uses 1 credit. News is always free.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you the equivalent of 2 months compared to paying monthly.
