You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

trussnote is offered on a subscription basis. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our refund policy.

trussnote and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by trussnote and are protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant trussnote a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely to provide the service.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, trussnote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
