Design and improve the AI systems at the heart of TrussNote: permit analysis, zoning research, proposal generation, and more. You will work with large language models, fine-tuning pipelines, and structured document understanding.

- Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and evaluation pipelines
- Python proficiency for data processing and model experimentation

Be the primary relationship owner for our architecture and construction firm clients. You will onboard new accounts, drive adoption of key tools, identify expansion opportunities, and feed product insights back to the team.
What we are looking for
- Background in architecture, construction management, or a related AEC discipline
- Experience in a customer-facing SaaS role is a strong plus
- Ability to clearly explain technical tools to non-technical users

Own the end-to-end design experience for TrussNote, from user research and wireframes to polished UI shipped to production. You will work directly with engineering and collaborate closely with AEC professionals to deeply understand their workflows.
What we are looking for
- Strong portfolio showing product design work, ideally for complex professional tools
- Proficiency in Figma and experience handing off to engineering
- Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into product decisions
- Appreciation for clean, functional design over decorative UI
SalesSales Development RepresentativeRemoteFull-time
Generate and qualify leads among architecture, engineering, and general contracting firms across the US. You will run outbound campaigns, work inbound leads, and set up discovery calls for our account executives.
What we are looking for
- Prior SDR or BDR experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Comfortable with outbound sequences, cold email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Curiosity about the construction industry and how firms operate
- Resilient, competitive, and motivated by clear metrics
